REFUND POLICY


  • If Cancellation is done more than 48 hrs prior to the Arrival Date – Full booking amount would be refunded.

  • If Cancellation is done more than 24 hrs & less than 48 hrs prior to the Arrival Date – 50 % of the booking amount would be refunded.

  • If Cancellation is done less than 24 hrs prior to the Arrival Date – One night retention would be charged.

  • The payment will be refunded through the Payment Gateway Only and the Payment will reach the customer within a period of 10 days.

    • Please note that 12 % GST would be deducted on either of the above mentioned cases.
